Art is Not Conformity

Nimble hands of tiny stature

Not restricted by the chains society will

Later administer.

As time passes

Doubt replaces that which makes us all artists.

Watch the careful strokes of paint

Accumulate without pattern

Morphing at once to Van Gogh status

In the eyes of a child.

Truth and silence

The non conformity of youth

Innocence makes everything

Great art.

    I love the use of the text as part of the image and the spirit of the image, so eloquently written in the poem and beautifully pictured in the child. Lovely!
