Tim Rodgers and
Christopher St. John

Christopher St. John
Inspiration piece

By Tim Rodgers

She wore scars so well – that’s what she started to believe,

as she faced reflections to see traces of what he called fidelity’s measures –

treasures –

have been too rich to grasp at with the touch of her own fingertips.

luscious lips quiver wanting to hold secrets and shame –

a scene with a name left her shivering during the delivering.

A sore for sight eyes!

-a sight for sore eyes, she believes lies like…

“Guys will only pay attention if we send up in ascension a flame that was never supposed to be –

with shoulders wide she’ll decide that it’s time to say

No more

and just Go!
