Inspiration piece
Folie à Deux
By KJ Hannah Greenberg
Response
In friendship, sometimes, shared psychosis devastates
All hope for normal function. Seemingly, interaction’s
Hurt by shared delusional disorder. Psychosis remains
A disaster for good relations. There’s havoc cultivated
By mutual confusion; folie á deux simply has no value.
After all, madness shared by two matures into turmoil,
Brings on contentious talk, else undergirds the type of
Sick, quarrelsome behavior that ignites increased bouts
Of subconscious knurling. In growing ideation patterns
That thwart ordinary exchanges, no one survives whole.
